Vlissingen, West-Souburg.
Verteidigingsbereich Vlissingen, Stp. Fichte.

In the village West-Souburg, between Middelburg and Vlissingen, you can find this location via the Handelsweg.

Stp. Fichte was the location for "Flak Batterie Nord" and was equipped with 4x 10.5cm S.K. C/22 anti aircraft guns, as protection for the Verteidigunsbereich Vlissingen together with other Flak batteries.
Two of the Flak emplacement are good visible and to enter. The others are just partly visible and not longer recognisable as emplacements.
In the middle of the former Flak emplacements stays a long wide Vf personnel shelter and at the backside of the location are probably the remains visible of the generator building.

Vlissingen, West-Souburg
Verteidigungsbereich Vlissingen, Stp. Rebhuhn Flugplatz, Vlissingen 09.

This Stp. Rebhuhn is a special one, because the bunkers belonging to this Stützpunkt are located on two spots and it takes several minutes by car the get to the other one.

In the village West-Souburg, is a buried hospital bunker, type 638. The bunker lies in the middle of the village at a central square called 'Marnixplein'. The bunker is closed and only the roof with the tobruk is visible.

In Vlissingen near West-Souburg at the Rubenslaan is situated the "Batterie Batenburg" that was meant to protected the airport of Vlissingen. It's fire control come from Wn. Leuchtenburg.
